What Youll Bring:

• Current state certification in Special Education
• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field
• Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong knowledge of a variety of instructional strategies and behavioral management techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, therapists, and parents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and commitment to supporting a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and regularly update IEPs tailored to each students unique strengths and needs
• Deliver engaging instruction that accommodates multiple learning styles
• Assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed for best outcomes
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive classroom experiences
• Maintain accurate records on student progress, attendance, and behavior
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates and resources
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
