Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan SSW license required
• Experience providing professional support within a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions tailored to each students IEP goals and educational needs across K-12 grade levels
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including general education teachers and related service staff
• Monitor and document student progress while adjusting instructional strategies to maximize growth and achievement
• Foster a classroom atmosphere of acceptance, encouragement, and respect
• Engage in regular communication with parents, guardians, and school stakeholders to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
