Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to K-12 students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive and effective learning environments.
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet varied learning styles.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments.
• Maintain compliance with state and district educational policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education (SSW) license.
• Demonstrated professional experience in school environments, ideally within special education.
• Strong understanding of K-12 special education curriculum, assessment, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
