Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience teaching diverse grade levels (Pre-K, elementary, middle, high school)
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and student accommodations
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning styles, with an emphasis on supporting math achievement
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills and adaptability to manage a dynamic classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lessons tailored to each students unique abilities and goals
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in accordance with compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff to promote student success
