Qualifications & Skills

• Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement
• Experience teaching special education students in grades Pre-K through 12
• Strong background in math instruction across multiple grade levels

• Ability to adapt lesson plans and materials to accommodate student needs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student strengths and needs
• Deliver targeted math instruction, as well as general academic support, to students in a range of grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles and abilities
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust instruction to ensure student growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to deliver holistic support
• Participate in parent conferences, IEP meetings, and school-wide professional development
