Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Current Pennsylvania Special Education certification
• Experience working with elementary or middle school students preferred, especially in specialized environments

• Dedication to promoting student success and adapting instruction to diverse learner needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction for K-8 students in assigned caseloads, including 2nd grade learning support, Wilson Reading (grades 3-8), and K-2 emotional support classrooms
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with fellow educators and families
• Use evidence-based practices to support a variety of learning and behavioral needs
• Maintain a nurturing, structured, and positive classroom environment
• Track student progress and provide consistent feedback for continuous development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible student outcomes
