Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction in reading, math, and core academic content areas
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Support students within general education classrooms through co-teaching and consultation
• Track and monitor student progress; maintain comprehensive and accurate records
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers and special education team members
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with necessary documentation

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold, or be eligible for, a valid South Carolina Special Education teaching certification
• Experience in resource or inclusion settings is highly valued
• Strong capability in designing and adapting instructional materials and supports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
