Key Qualifications:
- Active Alabama K-12 Special Education Licensure required
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff

- Adaptability to support diverse learning needs in a variety of classroom settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction tailored to individual student needs in self-contained or collaborative classrooms

- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement
