An elementary school is seeking a Special Education Teacher for grades K-5 in Troy, PA. This contract position focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs in a Resource Room setting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a caseload of approximately 25 students and possess strong skills in individualized education plans and differentiated instruction.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Certified Special Education Teacher with experience in grades K-5
• Experience as a case manager preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a Resource Room environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage about 25 students IEPs
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs tailored to each students needs
