We are seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers to work on-site with elementary and PreK students in autism-specific and special education classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year. What youll bring:

• Current and valid Special Education teaching certification (no emergency certificates considered)
• Experience teaching special education students at the elementary or PreK level is preferred
• Strong commitment to evidence-based instructional strategies
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

In this position, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs
• Foster academic, emotional, and social growth in students with autism and other special needs
• Track and report on student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Partner with general education teachers and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach
• Provide direct instruction and interventions in accordance with students IEPs
• Engage with families and caregivers to support student development both at school and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative educational culture
