What Youll Do:

• Provide direct instruction and support to K-5 students with varied learning profiles
• Develop, adapt, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, families, and related service providers
• Track student progress, collect data and maintain timely documentation
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom climate
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional growth opportunities
• Work onsite for 7-hour days, including a half-hour unpaid lunch
