Qualifications
- Active Colorado Department of Education Certification (CO DOE Cert) required
- Experience in Special Education, preferably within affective needs or center-based programs
- Comfortable working full-time with school-aged children
- Ability to respond flexibly within fast-paced, evolving environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as Affective Needs Teacher within a center-based program
- Support students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs in accordance with IEPs
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators, families, and administrative staff
- Complete documentation and participate in meetings as required
- Maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment
