Current Openings:
- EC Resource Teacher (Fair Grove Elementary, Full-Time, 2 positions): Deliver targeted instruction and support to K5 students in a resource classroom setup, collaborating closely with general education staff.
- CASE Teacher (Davis Townsend Elementary, Full-Time, 1 position): Lead a self-contained classroom for students with autism or similar needs requiring maximum daily supports. This role focuses strictly on delivering the general curriculum and fostering communication, academic, and social engagement.
- EC Teacher (E. Lawson Brown Middle School, Full-Time, 1 position): Support middle school students across environments, providing individualized strategies and interventions within the general curriculum framework.
- EC Resource Teacher (Silver Valley Elementary, Part-Time, 1 position): Guide K2 students with special needs, Mondays through Thursdays from 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule in an engaging setting.
What Youll Need:
- Active EC General Curriculum licensure (required; Adapted Curriculum licensure is not sufficient)
- Experience with standard district credentialing processes, including background checks and state certification
- Confidence and skill in delivering general curriculum content to students with varying needs and abilities
- Commitment to self-contained, maximum-support educational settings (Davis Townsend role in particular)
- Willingness to adhere to specific part-time hours as needed
