Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with and processing Medi-cal (Medicaid) requests required
• Prior exposure to school or educational administrative processes preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to monitor and verify Medicaid time surveys for accuracy and timeliness
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
• No special license or certification is necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage Medi-cal requests for the school district
• Monitor and follow up on random Medicaid time surveys with SPED and district staff
• Ensure timely data submission and procedure compliance
• Attend monthly meetings with Medi-cal representatives to ensure proper protocols are maintained
