Step into a meaningful role supporting elementary students as a Special Education Teacher. You'll work exclusively at one elementary campus with a caseload of 10-15 students, ensuring focused, individualized attention.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) teaching license
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting, preferably in special education
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

What you'll do each day:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a small group of students
• Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and parents to promote student success
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of student growth and goals
• Provide direct instruction and behavioral support in accordance with each students IEP
• Support a positive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
