Special Education teaching opportunities are available in Greenville, NC, focusing on Early Childhood and elementary education through telehealth and in-person instruction. These contract positions serve students across various grade levels and instructional settings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering specialized instruction in resource rooms with small groups (grades K-5)
• Managing individualized caseloads in programs such as IDMO at the elementary level
• Providing early childhood education using both adapted and general curriculum for PreK through second grade
• Teaching center-based classes for K-8 students requiring specialized support
• Collaborating with staff and families to implement effective instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs

Qualifications required:

• Valid North Carolina Educator Certification in Special Education or Early Childhood Special Education
• Experience with adapted and general curriculum for EC and elementary students
• Ability to deliver instruction via telehealth platforms as well as in-person settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support small group and individualized instruction

Positions offered for the 20262027 school year with flexible hours depending on caseload. Locations include elementary schools requiring resource room support and center-based instructional roles.
