Remote Intervention Specialist - Ohio
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Intervention Specialist to provide virtual special education services to K-12 students across Ohio. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' academic and behavioral success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver virtual specialized instruction aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and consultations
- Support students with varying disabilities and learning needs
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms and educational technology
