Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher providing remote telehealth services to elementary students in Idaho. This role delivers specialized instruction within a resource classroom setting, supporting diverse learners throughout the school week, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students unique needs
  • Providing specialized instruction and support using evidence-based strategies in a virtual environment
  • Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state education standards

Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching license for special education in Idaho
  • Masters degree in special education or related field
  • Minimum of two years classroom experience in a school setting
  • Strong proficiency with technology and ability to successfully complete technical screening

This position is contracted on a 1099 basis and conducted entirely remotely, allowing for flexible work arrangements while serving students statewide.
