Job Description

A full-time, remote Special Education Teacher position is available for a professional licensed in Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to support an elementary caseload within a resource classroom setting, working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs in an elementary resource classroom.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation as required.
  • Ensure effective communication with families and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Idaho teaching license in Special Education.
  • Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a school environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a technical screening process.
  • Availability to engage in a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Location:

  • This opportunity is 100% remote, based in Idaho.
