Were partnering with multiple school districts throughout the Greater Seattle area to hire Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. Openings are available across K12 settings, with placements aligned to your experience and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active Washington Special Education Teaching Certification
- ESA certification (if applicable to role/assignment)
- Experience working with K12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
