Job Overview:
We are looking for Special Education Teachers near Tacoma, WA to join Bethel School District 403 for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work in either a middle school or high school resource classroom, supporting a caseload of around 30 students.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with students and being part of a team that supports one another. Youll be working alongside educators who are collaborative, approachable, and focused on doing whats best for their students every day.

Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction in a resource/co-teaching classroom
Manage a caseload of around 30 students
Develop and implement IEPs
Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
Provide individualized support to help students succeed

Requirements:

Washington State SPED License
ESA Certification required

Compensation:

Full-time guaranteed hours (37.5/week)
