Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC), or ability to obtain/maintain
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for students with IEPs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district mandates
- Provide direct, personalized instruction per student IEPs
- Deliver a full continuum of services and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult in the RtI process and collaborate with staff on accommodations and modifications
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Support behavior management plans and ensure a safe, supportive classroom environment
