Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Nevada special education teaching license required
- Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction based on students IEPs
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students educational planning
- Support students in achieving both academic and social-emotional goals

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
