Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential (state-issued or transferable)
• Experience working with students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, or high school (all grade levels considered)
• Knowledge of instructional best practices in special education and differentiation
• Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Proficiency in classroom behavior management and student engagement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Experience in delivering instruction in math and supporting students across multiple subjects is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to meet the varied learning needs of students with disabilities across assigned grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
