Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Bachelors degree in education or related field, Masters preferred

- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to implement evidence-based instructional strategies

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs in both small group and inclusive classroom settings
- Develop, review, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while collaborating with staff and families
- Track student progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
- Foster an engaging, supportive learning atmosphere that encourages student growth and confidence
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school administrators, and related service providers to ensure student success
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development as required
