Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Missouri Special Education Teaching License
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but not required; candidates eager to transition into education are welcomed
• Genuine passion for helping students with a variety of learning needs is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students in either a high school or elementary school setting
• Coordinate with colleagues, specialists, and families to create individualized education plans
• Provide direct classroom support as well as indirect services and participate in team meetings, all included as paid time
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies while creating a positive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated staff focused on professional growth and student success
