Position Details:

• Contract runs from August 24, 2026, through November 13, 2026
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Focused in one school buildingno need to travel between sites
• Serve as a key resource for pre-kindergarten children, creating a lasting impact at the very start of their educational journey

Qualifications:

• Valid and current dual certification in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education (required)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with preschool-age children with diverse learning needs
• Ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and fellow educators
• Organized, flexible, and passionate about inclusive education practices

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective instructional strategies for a classroom of 10-15 Pre-K students with varying learning abilities
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters each childs social, emotional, and academic growth
• Partner closely with families, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Maintain consistent records of progress and foster strong communication with all stakeholders
