Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Special Education (SPED) Teaching License
• Experience working with K-12 students with special needs
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions according to each students IEP
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
