Your experience may include teaching various grade levels, whether Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary (Grades 15), middle school (Grades 68), or high school (Grades 912). Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to differentiate instruction for students with diverse needs
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Solid communication abilities, comfortable working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge or experience in teaching Math is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and support special education students across grade levels, tailoring lessons for developmental and academic needs
• Develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Collect and report student progress data, communicating regularly with families and administration
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices
