This full-time, contract position focuses on delivering specialized instruction to 3rd through 5th grade students for the 2026/2027 school year. The role operates on a push in/pull out service model and offers the rewarding opportunity to shape student success through individualized support and collaboration with a dedicated school team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Holds an active Michigan teaching certification with a special education endorsement
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Passes required background check and drug screening

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted instructional strategies for students with significant cognitive, developmental, and/or behavioral disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and integrate accommodations as needed
• Provide push in and pull out support, adapting learning environments and materials to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in alignment with IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing communication with families and team members
