This full-time assignment supports students requiring learning support (without behavior or emotional challenges). The role provides a mix of push-in and pull-out services, allowing you to work flexibly within dedicated classrooms and in small groups, focusing on delivering tailored instruction.

Start as soon as possible and remain through the end of the school year, covering an urgent need during a maternity leave. Supervision and support are available within the educational environment, ensuring that youll have the resources you need.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience with early childhood or elementary school populations preferred
• Strong instructional skills in both push-in and pull-out settings
• Knowledge of learning support strategies and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide differentiated instruction to students in learning support programs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver services through both push-in and pull-out models in the classroom
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate student records and document progress
• Participate in team meetings and IEP reviews as required
