Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License is required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction and materials for a diverse range of learners
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and school teams
• Organizational skills and flexibility to manage varying classroom settings and caseloads
• Passion for creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with varying abilities
• Differentiate instruction to address individual goals and learning styles
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, support personnel, and families
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records to document student progress, adherence to IEP goals, and communications
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
