What Youll Need:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state requirements apply)

- Experience implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with IEP teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity, flexibility, and patience in adapting instruction to various learning needs
What Youll Do:
- Plan, deliver, and assess instruction based on the unique goals outlined in each students IEP
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to maximize student engagement and success
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes to stakeholders
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom that values diversity and encourages positive behavior
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and administrators
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
