Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education required
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field

- Proven ability to adapt and modify instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with students abilities and goals
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other specialists on educational plans
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for ongoing support
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
