Qualifications:
- Active PA Special Education Teaching Certification
- Previous experience in a learning support or resource setting preferred
- Flexibility to work in both push-in and pull-out classroom formats
- Commitment to full-time availability through the end of school year
- Current clearances and background checks as required by Pennsylvania schools
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction to early childhood students in need of learning support
- Collaborate with general educators and support staff to maximize student success
- Adapt and modify curriculum based on individual education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress, document interventions, and communicate with families
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
