What Were Looking For:

  • Current Massachusetts DESE Special Education license (Severe Disabilities PreK8 preferred)
  • Experience working with children with significant medical, physical, and intellectual disabilities
  • Strong background in individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, nurses, and other related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based instruction aligned with IEPs for students in grades 36
  • Support students safety and medical needs with a skilled team (Para/RBT/CNA or LPN)
  • Collect and monitor progress data; ensure IEP compliance
  • Create a supportive, inclusive environment focused on student growth
