What Were Looking For:
- Current Massachusetts DESE Special Education license (Severe Disabilities PreK8 preferred)
- Experience working with children with significant medical, physical, and intellectual disabilities
- Strong background in individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, nurses, and other related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based instruction aligned with IEPs for students in grades 36
- Support students safety and medical needs with a skilled team (Para/RBT/CNA or LPN)
- Collect and monitor progress data; ensure IEP compliance
- Create a supportive, inclusive environment focused on student growth
