Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Nevada special education teaching license required
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students in a special education setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet each student's unique learning needs
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing both direct instruction and small-group support
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintain thorough and compliant records, including progress reports and documentation
• Implement behavioral strategies and individualized accommodations as specified in IEPs
