Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) License for Washington state
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Experience working in resource classrooms or with similar caseloads preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support in a resource classroom for approximately 30 students
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines
