This position offers two full-time openingsone as a dedicated float and another providing consistent support to a specific caseloadserving young learners in an engaging and supportive educational environment near South Paris, ME.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Maine Special Education Teacher license (ME Sped Teacher License required)
- Previous experience in early childhood or preschool settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instruction and materials for different learning styles
- Collaborative spirit for teamwork with general education teachers and related service providers
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to preschool students with a range of abilities
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture promoting student engagement
- Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with families and team members
- As a float, provide coverage and support across classrooms where needed; as a full-time teacher, manage a steady caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
