This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Special Education Teacher seeking a meaningful role working onsite with young learners aged 3-4 who have identified disabilities, including autism and developmental delays. Positions are available immediately and extend through the end of the school year, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek with caseloads tailored to the candidates experience. Located in Smyrna, DE, this role allows you to make a direct impact within a supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Providing specialized instruction and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborating closely with families, therapists, and educational teams

Qualifications:
- Valid Delaware Special Education Teacher license required
