We are seeking dedicated Special Education professionals to fill several full-time, onsite openings in elementary and middle school settings. Contracts begin as soon as possible and run through June 5, 2026, making this an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact over multiple school years.

Current opportunities include:

• Elementary Developmental classrooms (two positions), each serving 15 students with behavioral, ASD, and communication needs alongside six assistants.
• Elementary Behavior classroom for grades 35, working with 16 students and a supportive team of five assistants.
• Middle School Resource room, instructing up to 40 students with two shared assistants.
• Elementary Resource position covering two nearby sites, serving 35 students with an assistant in each building.
• Middle School Behavior classroom with 15 students and five assistants.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education certification/license in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to provide contact information for your most recent supervisor as a reference.
• Proven experience or education in special education settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Commitment to inclusive educational practices and student-focused teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to student needs.
• Collaborate with instructional assistants and support staff to create a positive, organized, and effective classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress, assess for growth, and adjust instruction as needed.
• Foster productive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Attend staff, IEP, and professional development meetings on site.
