Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education

• Organizational skills and creativity in lesson planning

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individual and small-group instruction that meets students IEP goals
• Write, update, and maintain IEP documentation and related records in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure consistent and integrated supports for students
• Employ evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies tailored to student strengths and areas of growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
