Job Description

Were seeking three dedicated professionalseach bringing expertise in Special Educationto fill distinct caseloads: one in an Elementary School Autism Program, one Early Childhood (EC) position, and one at the High School level. Your commitment will span from now through early June 2027, providing stability and a chance to build lasting relationships.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

  • Valid Elementary Special Education Certification
  • Behavior endorsements or expertise addressing behavioral needs
  • Experience working in Autism programs, Early Childhood, or High School settings (depending on position)
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Foster a supportive learning environment tailored to diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and staff to support student success
  • Employ evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families regarding student progress
