Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs

• Work closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to foster an inclusive environment
• Maintain ongoing communication with families to support student progress
• Document student data, adapt strategies, and participate in IEP meetings
