Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current Georgia SRT4 or higher teaching license
• GaPSC certification (active status)
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support to K-5th grade students with a range of learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success
• Offer guidance and engage with families to promote progress and inclusivity
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and documentation requirements
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
