• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and collaborative approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to elementary students in a resource room setting
• Adapt curriculum and use specialized teaching techniques suited to individual learning needs
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with district policies
