What you bring:

• Active Pennsylvania teaching license and PA PDE Certification
• Prior experience teaching in special education settings
• Solid background in creating and carrying out Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to work on-site, in-person with students
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated instruction for K-12 students on assigned caseloads
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in cooperation with other educators and families
• Support students academic, behavioral, and emotional growth through evidence-based strategies
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Engage actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate fully in school-related activities, professional development, and staff meetings
