Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents
• Promote social and emotional growth by fostering a safe, respectful, and encouraging classroom climate
• Utilize adaptive materials, technology, and techniques to enhance student engagement and achievement
• Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals or classroom aides
