You'll have the chance to utilize your knowledge in areas such as Math, and to work with students from Pre-K up to 12th grade.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification with Special Education endorsement
• Proven experience teaching or supporting students in grades Pre-K through 12th, including early childhood and high school settings
• Strong foundation in subject matter, particularly Math
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and adapt learning materials
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students' strengths and learning needs
• Create engaging lesson plans that reflect curriculum standards and address diverse learning styles
• Monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular IEP meetings
• Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that encourages self-advocacy, growth, and respect
