Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification, applicable to Special Education
• Experience working with students at multiple grade levels, from Pre-K through 12th grade
• Familiarity with IEP development, modification, and implementation
• Strong skills in differentiation, behavior management, and adapting lessons for individual needs
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Solid understanding of core academic content, particularly Math
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans for a diverse range of learners
• Assess student abilities, track progress, and provide regular feedback
