Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential in the state of California
- Experience working with students in one or more of the following: Early Childhood, Pre K, Kindergarten, 1st-12th Grade
- Knowledge or experience in inclusive classroom settings and differentiated instruction
- Proficiency teaching math at elementary, middle, or high school levels is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and monitor student progress
- Adaptable, creative, and patient when responding to a variety of student needs
Responsibilities in This Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualized instruction for diverse learners
- Monitor student progress, update IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student growth
